WHERE TO FIND GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008, requires many reporting and disclosure requirements. These requirements are collectively called the HEA Student Consumer Information. The topics cover a wide variety of areas, including general institutional information. Much of the required general information about Charles and Sue's School of Hair Design can be found in the School Catalog, including:
- Accreditation Information,
- School policies (including certain academic policies),
- Grading and GPA calculation,
- Student support services,
- Department contact information, and
- List of faculty members and their credentials.
